Faith Formation

Formation.

Everyone starts somewhere. Where you begin determines what you need. Two tracks — one for those building a foundation, one for those who have one and want to go deeper.

What the Five Pillars cover

Every module in the Five Pillars has a Theologian level built for adults who want doctrinal depth — the filioque controversy, the theology of the Mass, the moral framework behind Church teaching. If you already have a foundation and want something that requires more from you, start there.

For teachers & sponsors
Classroom & OCIA use
Teaching grades 3–8 or leading an OCIA group?

The Five Pillars Beginner level is built for classroom instruction — it covers the same doctrinal content in a format designed for younger students and group settings. The Foundation track works well for OCIA candidates moving through the process at their own pace. Group tools for teachers and sponsors are in development.
